Parts travel on a stainless steel mesh belt through sequential cleaning stages using heated aqueous detergent, ensuring thorough contaminant removal followed by a clean rinse. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with adjustable belt speed and programmable cycles, the G1000/2 delivers consistent, high-quality results at production-line speeds.
