Magido Gold 2b In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washers are designed for continuous spray washing of various parts using aqueous detergents at a maximum temperature of 70°C. These washers are engineered for a flow-through cleaning process and are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. They are suitable for cleaning small, medium, and bulky parts, with the continuous washing process occurring in two main phases: spray washing and drying. The system features a continuous conveyor belt for loading parts, which can be done manually, by robot, from a machine tool, or integrated directly into a production line. Each washer is customized to the user’s exact specifications and can be configured with various process zones, including prewash, wash, rinse, rust prevention, blow-off, and drying. The Magido Gold 2b is part of the broader Gold Series of in-line conveyor wash systems, which are available in multiple standard machine platforms designed for high production volume applications
