The X51/2 Series L-103 Spray Cabinet Washer features a Top Load design, jet-spray nozzles, and a rotating basket that are ideal for smaller work spaces.
The L-103 Jet-Spray washer is the ideal choice for precision (work-cell) parts cleaning applications. Special design features include an ergonomic control counsel, rotational turntable, closed loop wash/rinse stages with independent holding tanks, pumps, spray manifolds, and pneumatic plunger diverters to channel the water back to the appropriate tank. The unique clamshell design allows for easy loading and optimal cleaning performance by bringing the jet-spray cleaning power closer to the parts for maximum performance.
The L-103 wash system is ergonomic and engineered to reduce your shop labor cost without sacrificing wash performance. Simply by loading the parts that need to be cleaned on the turntable, the operator starts the automatic cycle and can then return to their task at hand.
The MAGIDO X-51/2 Series allows for automated wash, rinse, and dry of armament components in a single-chambered unit. The automated system features separate, closed loop recirculating solution tanks and spray manifolds.
The automatic jet-spray flushes cleaning solution around and through the parts to ensure complete, uniform cleaning inside the barrel and other interior gun features. A final air-knife and hot-air drying step ensures a spot-free finish.
