Magido’s Platinum Series rotary immersion parts washers are designed for cleaning critical parts with complex geometries, particularly those featuring internal bores, passages, tubes, and blind holes where chips and oils can become trapped. These systems utilize a combination of spray and immersion washing with aqueous (water-based) detergents, operating at a maximum temperature of 70°C. The cleaning process involves three distinct phases: immersion washing, spray washing, and spray rinsing.
