Spira 2b parts washers are designed to combine spray and immersion washing, utilizing aqueous detergents at a maximum temperature of 70°C. These machines are characterized by a high production rate and the ability to continuously load bulk parts into a drum with a screw, either manually or via an automated loader. They function through the rotation of the drum with a screw and are suitable for washing small, medium, and bulky parts with complex geometries, including internal channels and dead holes. All models are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and are designed for two wash treatments, including final drying.
